Zumba® is a Latin-inspired fitness class. It is a dynamic, exciting as well as effective dance exercise, Zumba® incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements that are easy to follow and most importantly FUN!

What makes Zumba® so special?
Zumba® creates a party-like atmosphere making it unlike any other cardio class. It is "exercise in disguise". Participants have so much fun they do not realize they are working out. It is different from any other class because of its unique steps, moves, and music. Zumba’s passionate and explosive Latin and International music rhythms speak for themselves as they naturally motivate participants during class, which makes them keep on returning!

Can anyone take part in Zumba®?
Zumba® is designed for everyone. Participants at any fitness level, any background, because everyone goes at their own pace.

How many calories can you expect to burn per Zumba® session and what are its health benefits?
Zumba® is great for the mind, body, and soul. It’s a great way to lose weight, increase strength and co-ordination, and to foster self-esteem and pure happiness. In Zumba® you can expect to burn between 500 to 1000 calories in just ONE hour.

What should I bring to Zumba®?
Bring water or a sports drink to stay hydrated throughout class. Also bring a towel, because you will SWEAT!

What should I wear to Zumba®?
Dress comfortably with clothes that can breathe. Aerobic, dance, or regular cross trainer shoes work great for support.
